Main Processing Flow of Peanut Butter Production Line

Raw peanuts first go through the cleaning equipment to remove stones, dust and other impurities. The cleaned peanuts are then fed into the roaster. The roasting temperature and time are controlled via the PLC panel to develop desirable aroma and flavor for peanuts.

After roasting, peanuts are cooled and sent to the peeling process. Peeling removes the red skin of peanuts, delivering peanut butter with smoother texture and better appearance.

Peanuts after peeling and manual or automatic sorting enter the grinding equipment. Industrial peanut butter grinders gradually mill peanuts into smooth peanut butter, and the fineness of paste can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

Meanwhile, sugar, salt, vegetable oil or other ingredients can be added to the paste as required. Therefore, the production line can be equipped with a mixing machine to fully blend all materials.

Finally, peanut butter goes through degassing, cooling, storage and filling before entering the packaging process.
